The first night I stayed in a smelly room that I wasn’t happy about . The next morning I reached out “Jolene” at front desk and asked a room in the pool building . She checked the availability and moved me to new room , clean and comfortable on top of the pool . I’m so happy with her service and she is the reason why I’ll be staying at Ramada Quesnel for 42 days . Thank you Jolene for your great customer service 🙏

Loved that we had a private patio on our room. It was super nice to sit outside and watched the sunset every night. The breakfast was good. Limited options, but I enjoyed them. The hotel was decently clean and everything worked well. The location was good, within walking distance of most to do things in quesnel. The handy man was awesome, we got locked on the patio and he was smiles and laughs helping us escape.

I really liked the staff. The sir who helped us with registration was very friendly and polite. I had personal things (a lot) that needed to be stored in the freezer. They helped us a lot with this. Special thanks for this. Everything was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. The staff showed maximum care. Thank you for your help and a pleasant time at this hotel.

I absolutely appreciate that they were able to accommodate me for a night earlier as well as my initial booking. Someone was there to check us in for a late arrival and even gave us a more private room. The breakfast setup was clean and easy to access. I didn't go to the pool, but it was nice to see a sign up saying it's finally open.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
